Pandion uses the United States Postal Service as one of its delivery partners. In some cases, the USPS may attempt delivery to your location, and if they cannot deliver, then hold your shipment at the local post office.
Once Pandion's shipments are assigned a delivery partner, their tracking number will appear on the tracking page for your package. If you can't find that link, please click on the "HELP" button on the bottom right of this page or submit a request.
- After you have the tracking number, if there is a notice on the USPS site to reschedule your delivery, please enter the requested information for your delivery and reschedule.
- If there is not a notice to reschedule, it is likely the USPS will attempt delivery again. If you would like to confirm, please call your local post office or USPS customer service at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777) and provide them the USPS tracking number.
