Pandion uses the United States Postal Service as one of its delivery partners. Many apartment complexes or neighborhoods use cluster boxes for regular mail. The parcel locker is the delivery location designated for package deliveries that don't fit inside an assigned mailbox.
If your shipment says, "Delivered, Parcel Locker" your package is most likely in the special "Parcel Locker" box often located at the bottom of a cluster mailbox. You should find a key in your regular mailbox with the number of the Parcel Locker on it, such as "1P" or "2P". If you are not able to locate a key, the "Track by Delivery Partner" link at the top right of the Pandion tracking page (tracking.pandionpro.com) will give you the USPS tracking number. Please contact your local post office or USPS general customer service at 1-800-275-8777, provide them the delivery partner tracking number, and request they grant you access to the parcel locker.
