Your packages are important to Pandion. Most packages arrive on time, but, sometimes, the tracking may show as "delivered" and you don't have your package.
Look around the delivery location for your package. To help ensure the safety of your package, the carrier may have placed it in a safer location that is out of sight or protected from weather. We recommend that you check all locations where the package could be placed, including behind items on the porch, under a mat, or near a back entrance. Check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
See if someone else accepted the delivery or retrieved the package for you.
If you have completed these steps and still cannot locate your package, please contact your retailer to request a replacement.
