When your order gets a shipping label, it also gets a Pandion tracking number that your retailer can share with you. Using that number, you can track your package’s status on tracking.pandionpro.com.
If the status is “Label Printed” or "Label Generated", then your package is still with the sender. Once a label is printed, it should be applied to your package and then sent to Pandion later that day. Packages should arrive at a Pandion facility within two days. If it has been more than five days since your label was printed, please contact your retailer.
Once Pandion has possession of your package, you'll see updates such as "Arrived at Pandion facility" or "Arrived, induction scan". Pandion works hard to get your packages to you faster and smarter. With each of these scans, we'll calculate and display an estimated delivery date. Your package is still within the Pandion network and, unless otherwise noted, should be delivered on the scheduled delivery date.
