“Out for delivery” means the carrier of your package has started their local delivery route, which are typically completed by 7pm. Some carriers may deliver until 10pm. Deliveries can occur later during the holiday season.
We are unable to contact drivers to provide a more precise estimated delivery time.
On rare occasions, the carrier might not deliver your package. You may receive a notice of attempted delivery. Your package will be safely returned to the carrier’s local facility for at least one more attempt on the next business day. If this happens to you, please contact Pandion customer care for help by clicking on the "HELP" button on the bottom right of this page, or submit a request.
